Important delivery:

1. All our minerals are packed with the utmost care so that they can withstand the normal shocks of a transport. However, it is up to you to refuse delivery if the package is delivered to you with visible shock marks or opening. In case of a deposit in your mailbox, bring your parcel back to your postal agency without opening it! We disclaim all responsibilities on the condition of your mineral once your parcel has been delivered to you (accredited carrier tracking site).

2. For deliveries outside metropolitan France, any customs charges or additional taxes are borne by the purchaser.

3. The rates shown on this page are given in euros. In another currency the rate will depend on the conversion rate at the time the order is placed.

The shipment is made with the services of La Poste with follow-up.

The calculation of the delivery costs is based on the amount of your order.

Shipping costs are €7.90 regardless of the number of specimens selected. They are offered from 100 € order.

Indicative delivery time after shipment: 2 working days

2) For European countries:

The shipment is made with the services of the Post Office with follow-up.

The calculation of the delivery costs is based on the amount of your order.

The shipping costs are 9,90 € regardless of the number of specimens chosen. They are offered from 150 € order.

Indicative delivery time after shipment: 5 working days

3) For other countries:

The shipment is made with the services of the Post Office with follow-up.

The calculation of the delivery costs is based on the amount of your order.

The shipping costs are 18,90 € regardless of the number of specimens chosen. They are offered from 200 € order.

Indicative delivery time after shipment: 8 working days

Back:

In accordance with the legislation, the customer has 14 working days to return the product at his own expense. This period shall run from the day of delivery of the product. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday or holiday, it shall be extended until the next working day.

The return of minerals must be carried under a resistant package. It must be completed with a tracking number. DG Minerals will not be liable for any damage, loss or theft of your return.

In the event that the customer exercises his right of withdrawal, he will have the choice to request a valid 2 month asset or a refund (to be made within 7 days maximum). Reshipment will be at the customer's expense.

Only the items as a whole will be included in their complete original packaging and in perfect condition of resale. Any product which has been damaged, or whose packaging has been damaged, shall not be refunded or exchanged.

DG Minerals reserves the right to ask the client to refund documents supporting his/her identity (identity card and bank statement justifying the purchase).
