Important for deliveries:

1. All our minerals are packed with the utmost care so that they support the normal shocks of a transport. However, it is up to you to refuse delivery if the package is delivered to you with traces of visible shocks or opening. In the case of a deposit in your mailbox bring your parcel to your postal agency without opening it! We decline all responsibilities on the condition of your mineral once your parcel has been delivered to you (consisting carrier tracking site).

2. For deliveries outside France and DOM TOM, any additional customs or taxes are charged to the buyer.

3. The prices shown on this page are given in euros. In another currency the rate will depend on the conversion rate at the time the order is passed.

(1) For Metropolitan France:

The expedition is carried out with the services of La Poste with follow-up.

Calculation of fees is based on the amount of your order.

Shipping costs are €5.90 regardless of the number of selected specimens. They are offered from 50€ of order.

Indicative delivery time after shipping: 2 working days

(2) For DOM TOM and other countries:

The shipment is done with the postal services with follow-up.

Calculation of fees is based on the amount of your order.

Shipping costs are 20€, regardless of the number of selected specimens. They are offered from 100€ order.

In accordance with the legislation, the customer has 14 working days to return the product at his or her own expense. This deadline is short from the date of delivery of the product. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday or a holiday, it is extended until the next working day.

The return of minerals must be made under resistant packages. It must be done with a follow-up number. DG Minerals may not be held responsible for any loss, loss or theft of your return.

In the event that the customer exercises his right of withdrawal, he or she will have the option to request a valid asset for 2 months or a refund (which will be made within 7 days maximum). The shipping will be at the customer's expense.

Only items will be taken over as a whole, in their complete original packaging and in perfect condition of resale. Any product that has been damaged, or whose packaging has been deteriorated, will not be refunded or exchanged.

DG Minerals reserves the right to ask the client to repay documents supporting his identity (identity card and bank statement justifying the purchase).
