Tabular crystal of'andorite with several terminations and typical striations. One side has a slight beige coating, of cervantite or stibiconite.
Specimen from the November 2004 discovery made at the San José mine, Oruro, Cerdaco province, Bolivia.
It measures 1.6 cm wide by 1.4 cm high and 0.5 cm thick.
