Rarely offered, sample of native lead in the form of a partially tarnished sheet resting on a matrix of epidotite (rock formed almost entirely of crystallized epidote).
This piece comes from the Garpenberg Norra (north) Mine, Garpenberg, Hedemora, Dalarna County, Sweden.
It measures 2.7 cm long by 1.6 cm wide and 1.5 cm thick.
