Very nice piece presenting crystals of pyrrhotite undergoing pseudomorphosis into pyrite, covered with a fine crystallization of quartz. They are associated with crystals of quartz, from the rhodochrosite, sphalerite and galena.
This mineral comes from Trepča, Mitrovica, Mitrovica district, Kosovo.
It measures 10.1 cm wide by 6 cm high and 7.1 cm at its thickest.
Its weight is 869 grams.
