General conditions of sale

The general conditions of sale are intended to define the contractual relations between the DG Minerals site and the customer. They define the terms of order, payment, delivery, and possible product returns. The customer, defined as a user of the DG Minerals website, acknowledges that he has read these terms and conditions and accepts them unreservedly.

He also acknowledges being informed that acceptance of these conditions of sale does not require a handwritten signature of this document. Consequently, any order for products implies the final and irrevocable agreement of the customer of all these conditions of sale.

In addition, the customer states that it has full legal capacity to accept these conditions of sale. In the event that the client is not legally capable of contracting, in particular minor children who are not emancipated, he must obtain permission from their legal representative prior to any order.

The customer can freely and at any time access these terms of sale by clicking on the "Terms of Sale" link and can freely, under his sole responsibility, edit or save them.

Ordering

When the customer wishes to place an order, they will be asked, following instructions provided by the site, to complete a form. He will be asked for information such as his surname, first name, postal details, telephone and e-mail address allowing his identification and delivery of the product(s) ordered.

The "double-click" requested on the basis of the order summary constitutes an electronic signature, which has the same value for both parties as a handwritten signature. This signature makes the order irrevocable and cannot be cancelled without the agreement of DG Minerals.

Any order will be confirmed to the customer by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address provided. It is up to the customer to indicate a valid email address.

DG Minerals advises the customer to keep a copy of the order summary until the confirmation email is received.

DG Minerals maintains on a reliable and durable medium the purchase orders and invoices made, which can be produced as proof of transaction.

Confidentiality

The information requested in the contact form is necessary for the processing and delivery of the order. We undertake never to disclose or sell this information in order to protect your private lifee.Vous can change this information from your account page.

In accordance with the amended Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on computer science, files and freedoms, you have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning you online on this site. To exercise this right, contact the website administrator via the contact page.

To identify yourself on the site, cookies are needed and are stored on your computer. Without them it is impossible to run the client space (session cookie).

Third party cookies are also sent to make links to social networks work. They are not operated by the manager or administrator of this site.

Product information

The potential customer has photographs and descriptions that allow him to know the essential characteristics of the minerals he chooses. Despite all the efforts devoted to their realization, these photographs and descriptions can only be given for information purposes, in particular on the colours of specimens whose rendering can be modified by the customer's computer equipment.

No jewellery description document can question the validity of an order.

Offers on DG Minerals' website are valid only within the limits of available stocks. In case of stock shortage or cancellation no compensation will be granted.

Price information

All prices shown are expressed in euros including all taxes (including taxes). In accordance with Article 293b of the CGI VAT is not applicable.

Prices are indicative and may change. They are only valid on the date of confirmation of the order.

Prices do not take into account any delivery costs. These will be indicated before the order is validated. Therefore the customer confirming the payment agreement of the order agrees to pay the delivery costs, and these will not be recognized as valid reason for cancelling the order.

Any customs fees are borne by the customer.

Upon order, payment of the full price of the product(s) and any delivery costs must be made. No product will be shipped to the customer if the customer has not paid 100% of the sale price.

Payment methods

The customer can pay his order using online CB payment secured by Stripe or Paypal.

The customer guarantees to DG Minerals when validating the order that he has the necessary authorisations to use the payment method he has chosen.

In case of refusal of payment authorisation by officially accredited bodies or in case of non-payment, DG Minerals reserves the right to suspend any order management and delivery.

In addition, DG Minerals reserves the right to refuse to deliver or not to deliver an order in the event that the order has not been fully settled, or if the customer has a payment dispute in the course of administration.

In case of non-payment or fraud DG Minerals reserves the right to prosecute the perpetrators.

Secure payment

To ensure the best security for the client, card numbers do not transit or are stored on our server. Stripe or Paypal manage the different stages of the transaction (from the acquisition of the transaction to the bank) through a secure exchange protocol encryption the information.

Conditions of delivery

Delivery rates

Delivery rates depend on the delivery address requested by the customer when ordering.

For a delivery in metropolitan France, the delivery price is 7,90€ and delivery is offered from 100 €.

For delivery in Europe, the delivery price is 9,90€ and delivery is offered from 150 €.

For delivery to the rest of the world, the delivery price is 18,90€ and delivery is offered from 200 € of order.

Shipping and delivery time

The shipping time is 3 working days maximum. This period shall start from the date of payment of the order and/or the payment certification.

Delivery times are those indicated by the Post Office, they are given for information purposes:

• Metropolitan France: 48h

• Europe: 3 to 5 working days

• Rest of the world: 4 to 8 working days

The customer will be notified by email of the shipment of his order.

In case of force majeure or exceptional events (natural disaster, epidemic, strike, war, etc.) delaying or prohibiting the delivery of goods, DG Minerals cannot be held responsible.

Method of delivery

Delivery is made to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. DG Minerals cannot be held responsible if a problem at the time of delivery is due to an address error provided during the order.

The delivery will be effected by the Post Office and will be considered effective from the date of the first presentation by the carrier of the goods to the address indicated by the customer (the carrier's website being authentic).

The customer is required to check the condition of the packaging of the goods and to report any anomalies concerning delivery (broken product, damage, etc.). The customer will have to confirm this discrepancy within two working days of the delivery date by sending a registered mail to the carrier submitting his claims. In parallel, he must send a copy of this letter by simple mail to:

In case of delay in delivery, loss of goods, or delivery to a bad address because of the fault of the carrier, DG Minerals is relieved of any liability and the customer cannot claim a refund or an item (or items) for compensation.

The customer can get the invoice sent to an address different from the delivery address by validating the option offered when taking the order.

Claims on delivery errors

Any claim of misdelivery and/or non-conformity of the products in kind or in quality with respect to the particulars on the purchase order must be made on or before the first working day following delivery. Any claim made beyond this time limit will be rejected.

Any claims not carried out in accordance with the above rules and within the prescribed time limits cannot be taken into account and will DG Minerals of all responsibility to the customer.

Delivery and return costs remain at the customer's expense.

Customs

It is up to the customer to be informed about the customs regulations of his own country.

All import, duty, VAT or other costs/fees associated with international shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

DG Minerals cannot be held responsible for damage caused during customs inspections.

Return and Guarantee

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the legislation, the customer has 14 working days to return the product at his own expense. This period shall run from the day of delivery of the product. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday or holiday, it shall be extended until the next working day.

The return of minerals must be carried under a resistant package. It must be completed with a tracking number. DG Minerals will not be liable for any damage, loss or theft of your return.

In the event that the customer exercises his right of withdrawal, he will have the choice to request a valid 2 month asset or a refund (to be made within 7 days maximum). Reshipment will be at the customer's expense.

Only the items as a whole will be included in their complete original packaging and in perfect condition of resale. Any product which has been damaged, or whose packaging has been damaged, shall not be refunded or exchanged.

DG Minerals reserves the right to ask the client to refund documents supporting his/her identity (identity card and bank statement justifying the purchase).

Warranty

The customer enjoys the legal guarantee against hidden defects (Arts. 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code) and the guarantee of conformity (Art. L. 211-1 to L. 212-14 of the Consumer Code). The warranty against hidden defects is understood as part of a normal use of the product. The damage or loss occurring as a result of an accidental circumstance, and wear and tear and aging are excluded from this warranty.
