Sample in a siderite-ankérite matrix and calcite of the zinkénite. The sulfosel occurs in the form of prismatic crystals measuring up to 10 mm, released from the calcite by chemical treatment.
It comes from the ravine of Saint Pons, Barcelonnette, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France.
This specimen 5.8 cm long for 5.3 cm wide and 3.3 cm thick.
